Shipping costs are calculated based on the official tariffs of the selected courier service:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time does not include delivery time.

- International orders: delivery times vary depending on destination country and local postal services
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Groove Crust has no control over these fees.

Groove Crust is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
