All products offered by Groove Crust are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. Orders & Contract Conclusion

A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from Groove Crust.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed audio or video recordings (CDs, vinyl records) that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Digital content once performance has begun
  • Customized or personalized products

10. Intellectual Property
